How to overcome anxiety

Anxiety is a mental health condition which occurs when a person continuously facing a stress, failure or have fear about losing something. It’s an emotional disorder that leads to tension and disturbing thoughts.  Most common risk factor for anxiety is stress. Stress can be based on environmental or social factors, which include financial Problems, that deal with unemployment or lack of food. Housing Problem, due to homelessness or overcrowding,
Family Conflicts, that involves domestic violence. Family Health issues which associated with dreadful diseases like diabetes’ Hepatitis and Hypertension etc. Stress also develop unusual behavior among people, some develop uncontrolled eating When they are upset or angry they have food craving and they just want to eat’ eat and eat! Or some people become violent, when upset become so aggressive that the yell/snap at everyone without any reason and want to destroy everything. Some people during stressful condition don’t want to go outside or to meet anybody; they just want to be alone.
So, In short life stress negatively affects one mental and physical health and thus person addict to self-medication, suffering from sleep deprivation, start discounting on future, develop an adapting behavior and had panic attacks.

Many possible treatments for anxiety disorder includes psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy, family focused treatment, interpersonal and social rhythm therapy. Psychotherapy is considered to be the best option out of the aforementioned options because it has less adverse effects as compared to the others. Psychotherapy combined with medication can have a higher success rate rather than medication or psychotherapy used alone. Psychotherapy combined with different medications has an effect in all phases of mood disorder. Another treatment is Chinese technique Tai-chi which is yoga like technique which aid in relaxation of muscles, relaxed breathing, relaxation of the mind and increase in mental concentration. Due to its widespread applications tai-chi can be used in treating anxiety.
