When we think about our emotions, we tend to think of them solely as states of emotions. There are eight basic emotions: joy, trust, fear, surprise, sadness, anticipation, anger, and disgust. These are basically wheel of emotions. When these negative emotions such as sadness, fear or disgust are more in fluent on a person then he start going toward stress slowly, and than the time reach when he becomes a completely depressed soul. So its necessary to not to focus on these negative thought so much that they fade away our today for tomorrow.
